Kiltahuonevastaavan tehtävänä on ylläpitää killan kiltahuonetta. Kiltahuone on kiltalaisille tärkeä olohuoneen tyyppinen hengailualue, ja kiltahuonevastaavana saat vallan kiltahuoneen estetiikasta ja toiminnallisuudesta.
Kiltahuonevastaavana vastuuteesi kuuluu:
- Ylläpitää kiltahuonetoimikuntaa sen puheenjohtajana. Järjestää kokouksia ja siivouksia, suunnitella toimikunnan budjetti jne. Muista hyödyntää toimikuntaa; on hauskempaa tehdä asioita ryhmässä!
- Pitää huolta, että kiltahuone pysyy hyvässä kunnossa. Esimerkiksi edellämainituilla siivouksilla, mutta myös esimerkiksi tarpeen mukaan uudelleen järjestelemällä kiltahuoneen sisustusta. Tyypillisesti kiltahuonetoimikunta järjestää suuren siivouksen vähintään kerran vuodessa.
- Ylläpitää huonekaluja ja tarvittaessa hankkia uusia tai lisää.
- Tehdä hauskoja sivuprojekteja! Voit tehdä vaikka ja mitä parantaaksesi kiltahuonetta oman (ja toki kiltalaisten) maun mukaan.

The guild room manager’s responsibility is to maintain the guild’s very own guildroom. The guildroom is an important living room like place for guild members to hang around, and you get to shape how this room is going to work.
As the guild room manager your jobs are:
- Run the guild room committee as its chair. Organize meetings and cleanups, draft a budget and so on. Remember to utilize the committee, since its more fun to do things with a group!
- Ensure that the guild room stays organized. For example with the aforementioned cleanups, but also e.g. reorganizing furniture. Typically the guild room committee cleans the guild room thoroughly at least once a year.
- Maintain furniture and replacing it or buying more when needed.
- Do fun side projects! You can basically do whatever you want to make the guild room the best place for you (and the guild of course).
