ISOvastaavan vastuun alla on nimen mukaisesti killan ISOt. Tämä tarkoittaa käytännössä sitä, että ISOvastaava rekryää heidät, perehdyttää ja kouluttaa heidät, ja lopuksi lukuvuoden aikana katsoo heidän hyvinvoinnin ja aktiivisuuden perään 
ISOvastaavana voi tehdä killan fuksitoiminnan eteen yllättävän paljon. ISOvastaava on se täydentävä kolmas voima (kipparien ja kv-vastaavien lisäksi), jota ilman fuksitoimintaa ei olisi. ISOvastaava on oikeastaan omalta osaa jokaisen killan fuksitapahtuman takana ja tekee tiivistä yhteistyötä kipparien ja kv-vastaavien kanssa. Aktiiviset, omistautuneet ja innokkaat ISOt ovat fuksitoiminnan kulmakivi.
Paras asia vuoden aikana on ehdottomasti ollut nähdä kuinka hyvin ISOt ovat ottaneet fuksit mukaan kiltaan, sekä sitten tietysti ISOjen jatkuva aktiivisuus fuksikasvatusta kohden. ISOvastaava kuuluu myös ITMK:hon, joka on Teekkarijaoston eri kiltojen alainen toimikunta, jonka kanssa pääsee järjestämään tapahtumaa kuin tapahtumaan. Mainitsemattakoon, että kyseessä on varmasti seuraavallekin vuodelle erityisen mukava porukka 
Roolia suositellaan sellaiselle, joka on ollut ISOna aktiivinen ja haluaa kehittää killan ISOtoimintaa. Rooli vie kohtuullisen verran aikaa, ja kestää 1.5 vuotta (eli seuraavan fuksivuoden mahdolliseeen wappuun 2025 asti).

The ISOvastaava (or the tutor coordinator in English) is responsible of the guild’s ISOs. This in practice means, that the ISOvastaava recruits ISOs, trains and briefs them, and for the rest of the academic year makes sure that they’re doing well and active
The ISOvastaava can do a lot for the guild’s freshman activities. The ISOvastaava is the third force (in addition to the fuksicaptains and the international responsibles), without which the fuksi year wouldn’t be a thing. The ISOvastaava is in their own part behind every fuksi event of the guild and does a lot of cooperation with the freshman captains and international responsibles. Active, dedicated and devoted ISOs are a cornerstone of the fuksiyear.
The best part about being an ISOvastaava has definitely been seeing how warmly my own ISOs have recieved fuksis into the guild, and their continued support and activity torwards the fuksi year. The ISOvastaava is also a part of the ITMK, which is a committee under Teekkarijaosto. With ITMK you get to organize many different events, and have fun while doing it. Not to mention, that they will most likely be an awesome bunch of people for the next year as well
The role is recommended for someone, who has been an active ISO and wants to improve the guilds ISO culture. The role takes a fair bit of time, and lasts 1.5 years (so until the possible wappu of 2025). Note, Finnish skills will most likely come in handy with the role!
